They were once okay, but are now absolute sh*t! I sold a Chanel bag on 26 April and they refused it on 28 April - 2 days from sale - saying it didn’t fit the description. My buyer protested because he wasn’t given the option to negotiate, and they just returned it to me. I relisted it with an accurate description of the flaws they noted, again sold it to the same buyer on 06 May and today on 11 May they received it, refused again, and within 2 hours it’s already on the way back to me. My buyer has no idea what’s happening, the chat bots are useless, and to stop me telling the truth, they’ve banned me from chat. Just stay away from these thieves - unless you want to buy cheap fakes from Asia, leave on all the labels, and sell at 500% profit because that’s what sells best. Fake items only.
