My first nightmare experience with this company.
Firstly, I tried to sell my bag and it went through to their authenticity to check, they refused it. OMG…My bag is real but what’s going on. They asked me to pay £12 or $12 or €12 for returning my bag back to me but they didn’t give me clear the transferring company, address and account. I had to call my bank but they couldn’t go through. After 1 hr I managed to send it and emailed to them the proof. They told me to wait for the next 10 working days for my bag to return. More than 1 week I haven’t received any email from them for shipping information. Yesterday I sent them 3 emails but noone replied. Today I went to the app and chatted with customer service, they said my bag hasnt been requested for return yet. What??? Then she has requested and told me to wait for 7 working days. When my bag was sold, I sent it to them, not even 2 days they refused but then I have to wait so long for my bag to return…horrible service!!
