I sold a woman’s handbag on their website. Immediately after receiving the item, the customer opened a case and I received by email that the sale was cancelled. When I contacted them they told me that there was a difference between the pictures in the ad and the product and sent me pictures that the customer sent them. Of course didn’t have difference between the advert and pictures from the customer , but they hadn't bothered to look at the pictures. After realizing that they made a mistake, they told me to send the bag to them and they would immediately make a payment upon receipt. But after they received the item they said that they needed 2-3 days to review the bag and stopped responding to my messages.
