I’ve sold 3 items on Vestiaire and have you to receive payment. They sent the payment to the wrong Venmo number and have not corrected it. It has been over a month. I feel someone just robbed me of my authentic Chanel shoes! I cannot get a hold of anyone in person to reverse the payment to the wrong number and correct this. A simple contact to Venmo from Vestiaire Collective could resolve this but they have not made any attempt. I would like to be properly paid for my sold items.
