Apparently their "experts" do not know their own rules or are not able to read or simply too lazy, I mentioned TWICE signs of wear as the pictures didn't quite show them, then the "expert" decided to cancel the sale because there were signs of wear AS DESCRIBED! They are ridiculous!!!!!!!
