Vestiaire breaks their own rules how they see fit, do not trust their authentication service, they are totally unqualified, just like their "customer service" is a sham where some autobots reply with auto-replies, you can see it how they reply here, a copy and paste message, nobody reads, nobody cares!
To top it off, they keep on rising their percentage, use the cheapest delivery service they can find with the result that items get lost, to get compensation you have to send them a copy of your ID in an open email that goes to some call center. The delivery service does not even require this, this is only Vestiaire trying to stop people claiming and putting your sensitive data at risk.
