Unreliable Expert Team! I purchased the item where the photos do NOT match with the item. According to the photo, there was a brand tag, but it didn't come with it. The texture & color do not match with the photos. Then I found out that the seller listed several similar items with all SAME photos! I've asked for a full refund as it is written on their website that "if we confirm that the seller's description was inaccurate, the sale will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued." I just received an email from VC saying "They have concluded that the item meets the standards of the brand." and they relisted my item. I request my full refund since your team failed in quality control job.
