I am disappointed with the service
I bought four items from Verstiaire and there was no problem only with the first one.
Today I received a report that the item I purchased has a fault which was not mentioned by the seller but they still recommended to ship it to me. I did not get the info what’s the fault to fairly judge the situation. The chat won’t work. The previous active chat I’m sending messages without reply. I’m dissatisfied and distressed!
