Paid over £1200 for a bag that passed their authentication checks ,
It is counterfeit i even had it checked by another company who said they cannot pass it as authentic.
I contacted Vestiaire who said to post it back to them and they would check it again.
They then contacted me stating again it was authentic.
I went on chat with them many times but kept going around in circles.
I asked for a managers contact details and was told no there wasn’t anyone who I could speak to .
