Sold an item and sent the next day. I tried to find a place to log my tracking number but there isn’t a place to contact/ confirm. Messaged buyer directly with details and tracking. Two weeks later I receive an email saying the order was cancelled. I used the tracking to see it was in china with them at their sitting office. They say they cannot pay for the item as the sale is cancelled but now the $350 item is with them in their sorting office, with no solution. How is it possible to be running such a corrupt business model??
