Sad you can't give a no star review. Platform doesn't work, and cancels listings and sales and doesn't give you the right information.
The service agents in the chat function are unhelpful, incompetent and rude and when they finally realise they don't understand and can't handle the issue, they just stop replying.
The website says if you submit an online contact form they'll get back to you in 24 hours, but weeks later, still nothing.
Will not be using Vestiaire again.
