Terrible customer service. Used for the first time to buy an item. The item didn’t fit so I relisted it the day after and sold it
The new buyer raised a issue and photographed a mark that wasn’t on there when sold (I had the item for 24hrs) and now they’ve been issued a refund and item being sent back to me damaged so I can’t resell for same value and out of pocket. The customer service chat then just stopped responding when I said I wanted a refund as well from the original buyer for same reason then. Won’t be using again to buy or sell what a shoddy practice. They don’t even deserve one star
