Terrible and incoherent customer service and completely incompetant.
I sold a belt that I had bought from the CELINE store on Bond Street. Provided all the authentication, including card, serial number, original receipt (with my details on it) and all the original packaging and I got a generic email back to say it had failed authentication and I needed to pay £15 to get it back. No further explanation.
Their chat service is a joke and they take forever to reply. I want my money back and I'm never using this useless app again.
