Customer service is not customer service. They take pride in being evasive and non committing in their answers. They actually make the experience of trying to resolve issues/concerns a frustrating and unpleasant experience. You come away feeling bruised and that you want nothing more to do with the platform. They are not interest in ind. sellers only big brands that are making them lost of money. They are not interested in helping new customers or in making the selling experience a user friendly one.
