Unfortunately, Vestiaire’s customer support does not communicate with a seller appropriately when there is an issue with a sale. I sold a perfect pair of shoes that had never been worn. The seller returned them to me with the soles completely demolished. Customer support emailed me to ask that I inform them when I received the returned shoes. About two weeks after the fact, customer support emails me to say I need to return the shoes to them. By this point, I had thrown the shoes away as they were totally destroyed. Since I could not return the product to Vestiaire, they informed me I had to return the payment received for the shoes. Had customer support informed me up front that they needed the shoes sent to them, I would have gladly sent them.
