The second time was handled by an utterly useless agent who was barely present in the conversation and wasted a lot of time responding to nothing. Not only was he completely unhelpful and inept, he made VC a repulsive place for customers and refused to transfer me to another agent. According to his response to me, he is support 24/7 and that’s why he couldn’t transfer me to another agent.
