Shady business practices would never buy from that scams it’s customers like this
If you contact them they purposefully delay responses to make sure you are out of the 72h window.
Chat function is mostly handled by bots with generic repeated answers
After you paid them they are not interested anymore in solving issues they have me created themselves ( VC authenticated item shipped fake , Vc authenticated item incorrectly described, package arrived damaged…)
