Their chat is just a bot that if you are lucky answers after one day the same answer continuously!! “We are sorry blah blah blah!” But never answer never solve.
They banned my chat (although I have never broke any terms!) they say they had send mail and they never did, they never raise the 24h banned chat, and that causes me problems with my customers, and of course to all my emails and chat I send No one I mean no one answers! It’s just how much money they get. Don’t believe after my experience that they have any further care but they use all this thing of planet care just to attract clients. Cause if you care you care for everything! It’s a characteristic not an attitude! I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied!
