The worst customer service I ever received.
The chat doesn't work, they rarely reply.
The corrier lost my parcel 3 weeks ago and nothing has been done. Today I received a message in the chat to my message from Sunday telling me that the parcel was going back to the sender and I should contact the corrier! Nothing makes sense. I just want my refund and close my account.
