Horrible, sold an item and Vestiaire provided a postage label for Royal Mail, I sent on the same day, 3 days later it has not updated and I keep getting reminders to send the item, I have told them it is already sent and sent them the receipt, nothing! Absolutely NOTHING, so somebody is getting my item for free? Because on the tracking it shows that the buyer has already received it but the buyer simply doesn't respond to me!
Where are those 1 liners with 5 star reviews from, claiming how great it apparently is? People working for Vestiaire or bots?
