Worst non English customer email responses. No body tracks conversation on matter at issue. I never received a jacket but was charged and delivery tracking still says 48hrs when it has been 4 months.
Also, I was charged by FedEx a month later on custom tax for $325 on top of a $800 purse and tax I paid for. They never warned me there is a 30% import tax. After 2 months of emails. I give up. 2 out of 2 stressful transactions is unacceptable, I will Never use Vestiaire again!
