They sent a Hermès carré ("très bon état") with a huge yellowish spot. As I was on holidays I complained after 4 instead of 3 days and they refused to solve the matter. When enlarging the photo the seller had posted one can see the spot perfectly. They even said the scarf was examined by an expert bevor sending it to me. Either they are lying or incapable. Anyhow, their customer service is unfriendly and incompetent. Beware !
