I bought for the first time on this platform on March 28 and I wished I did not do it.
I bought a pair shoes Amida MuAddi flagged as “never worn” (which means there should not be any defects or alterations). No defects have been mentioned to me in the description or flag during the authenticated quality check.
However, when my item has been delivered there was a hole on it.
They are not processing my refund and they are absolutely useless.
The worst experience ever.
