People from customer service are completely useless. They don't seem to read the problems or what I say, and they respond with standard messages without actually trying to do anything.
They repeatedly sent me shipping labels from carriers that have no working points on the island that I live on, and customer support refuses to read what I say, telling me that I should try to find a place in my neighborhood.
