I sold something, buyer reported an issue, I couldn't understand what it was but I got a totally different item back, basically a no name t-shirt instead of my Valentino shoes, they do not even reply.
Then I declined a low ball offer, I got abusive messages and threats, I did contact VC, they lied to me that they tried to call me (no, really not) and how they take care of it, while I am still getting abusive messages, I can only block the person on the item, they then move on to the next item
