Beware as a seller!
VA take much too long to resolve issues. I shipped an item to a lovely purchaser and it was delivered 10 days ago to the incorrect address and VA still have not resolved this issue. Appalling customer service. Constant line is that they'll resolve within 48 hours. And still they haven't. Will avoid from now on.
