The bag I purchased was damaged but was advertised as used with no signs usage. the seller clearly GLUED the strap onto the bag; however the seller ELIZA nor VESTIAIRE would acknowledge the fraudulent activity. Do not buy anything from ELIZA. She will ghost you once you pay for the item. She also did not send the dust cover for the bag which she had previously said was available with the bag. When I reached out to offer to pay for the shipping she ghosted me. Then I realized the grommet which holds the strap was GLUED onto the side of the bag, she had already ghosted me so there was no follow up from ELIZA. Vestiaire would not acknowledge any wrong doing nor take the bag back because I reported this 10 hours past the 72 hour return policy. Well, the strap didn't fail until I tried TO USE THE BAG.
