Hmmm,
I had complained before due to the poor service and again I am having an issue.
I purchased an item from the platform
All confirmed and I was happy.
Then the order was cancelled for no reason.
I checked and the seller never cancelled, I checked my payment and this was all approved, I therefore contacted customer services and it appears they favoured another transaction and cancelled mine!!
That should not be allowed when an order is confirmed!!
The seller was unaware this was Vestiaire !!
Very disappointing
