Extremely poor customer service and customer experience. Their number one priority is keeping your money.
It’s a big risk to shop here, if you’re lucky, it will go smooth but if you buy something from a deceitful seller- you’re out of luck and VC will NOT help. They give you a run around, will lie to you, disconnect the chat and try to wear you down with extremely long wait times.
It’s a headache and really not worth it. Find an honest retailer and save yourself from the nightmare that is VC
