Do not sell on this site!
I recently completed my first sale on Vestiaire Collective, and the experience has been disastrous. Despite successfully shipping the item to the buyer and adhering to every requirement, I have yet to receive my payment, even though the stated payment window has long since passed.To make matters worse, my multiple attempts to contact customer support—via both chat and email—have been completely ignored. Thankfully the item wasn't that expensive but this is unacceptable!!!
