Customer service is terrible. They are not ready to help you, sending generic messages etc. They also provided wrong information about my sold item which lead me to sell it and then I earned less money then they informed me. After that, his colleague did nothing to help but only said “ I am sorry for my friend giving you false information “and that was it. So be careful cause if you will have an issue with anything nobody will help you.
Don’t sell your items there, that can’t be trusted.
