They advertise discounts (e.g., 15% off) without clearly stating that there’s a cap (£40 max), which is extremely misleading. You only find out after going through the checkout process, wasting your time. Additionally, their return policy is unfair—they only allow returns for items bought from “professional sellers.” If you buy from an individual, you’re stuck with the item, even if it’s not as described. I received something that looked noticeably different from the listing, but because it wasn’t from a “professional seller,” I had no option to return it. Between their deceptive promotions and restrictive return policies, I would strongly advise against using Vestiaire Collective unless you’re willing to take the risk of being misled and stuck with an item that isn’t what you expected.
