This site is a scam. Buyer insisted that the brand new coat I sold showed signs of wear. When I asked for photos I was sent 3-photos of my brand new coat. No wear and tear. However they still took the side of the buyer despite not being able to identify any problem. They said I could relist but not say it was new. Rude unhelpful. No one knows how to respond so just gives you links to their FAQs. I’ve deleted my account
