After leaving this review and escalating my case, Vestiaire finally processed the payment for my Prada sandals (Ref. 57235905). I have now received the funds.
While I am relieved this has been resolved, it only happened after weeks of frustration, multiple unanswered messages, and public pressure. As a seller, this experience has been very discouraging, and I have since decided to close my account.
I hope Vestiaire improves seller protection and customer support, as no one should have to go through this to simply be paid for a sale.
