Avoid seller Laura Giuseppina she's listing items and if the sales price is not appropriate resp. high enough the transation is canceld by VC. This seems to be common practice. I filed an appeal against this practice but this is agreed with VC.
For me this violates law and binding contact, but in France everything seems to be possible.
