Worst customer service.
Ordered a Christmas present 3.5 weeks ago, and it is by this day not shipped. I wrote many complaints on which I go no answer.
I deffintely DO NOT recommend Vestiaire Collective at all. There are many other websites which provide the same product area and care much more for the client's satisfaction.
