A laughing stock among people who know anything about reselling. The authentication process is simply a means of ensuring no items have to be sent back, and many, many fakes slip through the cracks only to be relisted by the poor buyers who know they are fake having to pass them on to someone else.
Rude and inconsistent customer service, badly put together website. Don't believe the puff pieces they have had fashion publications write to try and salvage their reputation, this place is a mess.
