I was overcharged for my order - just under AUD1000. Invoice from VC and what was taken off my bank account did not add up. Been waiting now 11 days for "experts" to resolve the issue. No responses to my follow up e-mails. Additionally the bag was not as described yet they cleared it...
Will not be returning and might have to escalate the case of police, as when I said I want to return he item they said they will refund me the price I was supposed to pay, not what I was charged
