First time making a purchase and I am not satisfied. For one they are holding my money waiting for the seller to respond. The seller has not responded. It’s a waste of my time and money. I could have used my money to purchase a bag on another site. The sellers should be banned from selling when they don’t respond or ship out of a item. When I contacted customer service they said the seller hasn’t even been online in over a month and I have to wait 15 more days before they can cancel the order and refund me. I should be able to cancel my own damn order. Beyond ridiculous. I usually order from fashionphile. I ordered from this site because the typical bag that I wanted I couldn’t find anywhere else. Will not be ordering from the site again. I’ll stick to what I know which is fashionphile. They need to better monitor sellers accounts and their last activity. It should been visible to buyers to see when the last time a seller has been active on the site. Had a known that the seller hasn’t been on in quite some time, I would’ve taken my money elsewhere.
