Customer service operators especially on the chat line, Are extremely rude and inexperienced. Also conflicting advise is offered. The return process for an item misdescribed is fraught, and quite frankly not worth the hassle to bag a Good deal! The Seller/ buyer account site is poorly Designed. If you do buy or sell here, I urge you to always use PAYPAL. That way the dispute process will be easier than trying to deal with Vestiaire direct. PayPal will always act on your behalf, and put a a hold on the Vestiaire account until they are satisfied your complaint has been upheld. Shamefully, if you have to deal with Vestiaire direct, they will attempt to wriggle out of any dispute.
