My shipment got lost and they’re saying that their expert is making the claim but haven’t made any claim on their end. I’ve spoken to FedEx and they told me the seller (Vestiaire) hasn’t made any claim.
They’ve been lying and making a fraudulent statement that they did.
Does anyone know who or how to make a claim against them?
