I just wish I had read these reviews before ordering two jumpers from Wallis. One was far too large and tried to return the item after reading policy and what to do. Obtaining QR code proved virtually impossible- kept getting "process failed - contact customer service" message. Tried to phone, send text and send emails - all pointless. Phone service not available, number not recognised for text and nobody bothered to answer Email. Will stick to Boden from now on - they care about their customers. Will never, ever buy anything from Wallis again. This is a company that clearly wants to go out of business - and deserves to! Difficult to understand how management can read these reviews and do nothing to remedy the situation.
