Because the company was flagged by my credit card company as suspect, I managed to hold off payment for my order after I realised the order number was not recognised by Wallis’ website. Very worrying as all looked genuine and seemed like the Wallis that I had dealt with previously. Thanks to the reviews of frustrated customers I was alerted to the poor quality of clothes and absence of customer service.
Beware! I would not order from them.
