I returned 2 dresses and received an email confirming the items had been received on the 29th December. I am still awaiting a refund after several emails stating that there is an issue with my PayPal account and that it will be refunded shortly. Utter fabrication. Three weeks have passed and still nothing.
Appalling customer service. I will not purchase again from Wallis.
