I really regret ordering from Wallis having seen these awful reviews afterwards. Three days after ordering I still have not had a confirmation email of the orders. I have tried all three options of contacting them but no response has been received. I am now worried about the returns process too if that is needed, if I ever receive my order.
I think everyone should contact Watchdog on the BBC to report this. It’s just totally unacceptable.
