I have sent 2 parcels back to Wallis with the labels I had to print off myself. One parcel had been acknowledged and I have received an email to say the money has been refunded but this is not the case. It is impossible to contact customer care via any communication channels. I have therefore made a more formal complaint using Resolver. This is all very disappointing and having read other peoples reviews this issue is sadly not uncommon.
I am legally entitled to these refunds and should not have to resort to this.
