I have been told by Hermes there is an issue with my parcel delivery. No reason given!!! Tried to contact Hermes just get virtual assistant!!!! On phone just get message saying contact the supplier!!!! Tried to call Wallis but once again message no help line available but you can send an email. Can’t find email address. I had lots of problems with Wallis/Hermes during lockdown and said I would never use Wallis on line or Hermes again. Don’t know why I did this time and once again they’ve taken my money and no goods received. Got all the hassle I had last time and can already feel stressed about it. Message to self and others DONT ORDER ON-LINE FROM WALLIS AGAIN. Wallis mail order and Hermes have not got a clue about Customer Service it simply does not exist.
