First and last using delivery service. They were supposed to be here between 5-6pm. I was informed at 11:15 pm that a driver was not available and this was only after I contacted them via chat. Why didn’t anyone reach out to me, the customer, about a delay in my order? I understand there are unforeseen events that can happen, but shouldnt the store keep the customer informed? Especially if they are waiting for perishable items? I was immediately sent a $20 promo on my next order which I will certainly not be using. I will take my business elsewhere.
