The items I ordered online were to be delivered to the store for my pickup on delivery. On both occasions I received notice from the shipper that the items were delivered to the store however when I went to Walmart to pick them up, I was told that my order had not been received by them. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told they were unavailable. I subsequently had to contact my bank to refute the charges. The customer service at this Walmart branch is non-existent.
