Huge selection and competitive prices which I do like about it. However, I find the customer experience is a hit or miss. There has been at least one time I was disrespected by the staff and last month I had an inquiry but was brushed aside. Both were in-store. But the majority of my experience were mostly uneventful, but those 2 negative events really stuck with me.
